2. Are your prices in US dollars?
All of the prices on the website are in United States Dollars.
3. How long will it take to get my order?
Your order is shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed and will arrive within 8-14 business days.
4. Who is the manufacturer of your products?
We guarantee that the manufacturers we dispense our product(s) from are FDA approved. For example: The Synvisc we dispense is manufactured by Genzyme, Hyalgan is manufactured by Fidia, and Restylane is manufactured by Q-Med.
5. Is it safe to use my credit card?
Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transaction secure. Our website utilizes industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized internet access.
6. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, invoicing, cash, check and money order.
7. Do you ship to Canada?
At this point in time we do not ship any of our products to Canada.
8. What do I do if the product I need is not on your website?

A prescription is required if the product(s) is sold by prescription in the customer’s jurisdiction.

The coupon code offered to you in the live chat with one of our representatives is for a one time use only. If you have previously used this coupon code when ordering with us unfortunately you are not eligible for the discount on future orders.
